Information for Volunteers
Volunteers are a very important aspect of the program. While some riders eventually ride independently, often a rider’s needs necessitate the use of a volunteer to lead the horse, and perhaps the use of one or even two side-walkers to help with the rider’s balance or other support.
Volunteers also often assume administrative roles such as coordinating the staffing of volunteers with lessons, assisting with fundraising, issuing a newsletter, working at special events and giving presentations to promote Cloud Dancers.
